Costs are revised annually and owners will be advised of the yearly costs during the month of January.
HMS will honour the services in the contract as well as additional services at specified rates.
Estimates for any maintenance work required or requested by the proprietor will be provided and, if accepted, must the paid to HMS in advance of the work being carried out.
The proprietor is responsible for any bank charges arising from payments made by bank transfer.
All invoices must be paid within 15 days – after which HMS reserve the right to impose a 5% surcharge.
If payment is not then received within 15 days, HMS will terminate the contract and inform the proprietor in writing..
The contract will be renewed yearly unless the proprietor wishes to cancel the agreement in which case he must give two months written notice prior to the renewal date.
(Prices Excluding V.A.T.at 18%)
Exceptions:
The proprietor cannot hold HMS responsible for any cases of damage or degradation due to natural circumstances (eg inclement weather, fire, earth movement due to climatic changes etc) or as a result of human intervention (eg burglary, robbery or malevolent acts)
Important:
The proprietor must have multirisk insurance policies on the property
